No, just do a normal entry. You'd be bored doing the C&T.
Put a time on the form if you like, but they send all new drivers (other than C&T ones) out to set a base time before the event starts, then put them into the appropriate group. You'll only get a few laps on a cold track, so won't be a real time. They will move you into a different group after the first run if (when) you are faster than the other cars in your group.
When you enter, you can either pay the $115 entry fee for non-MSCASA members, or the $95 entry fee for members plus a $25 membership fee, which then covers you for the rest of the year.
